PELVIC FLOOR/ URINARY INCONTINENCE
Many women suffer from pelvic floor or bladder weakness. This topic is often associated with considerable shame, which is why many years often pass before the distress becomes so great that they finally seek medical advice.
The following symptoms are typical of pelvic floor weakness:
- Foreign body sensation in the vagina
- Involuntary loss of urine
- Inability to empty the bladder completely
- Pressure in the lower abdomen
Both conservative and surgical treatment options are available, which often result in rapid improvement of symptoms and a significant improvement in quality of life.
