ENDOMETRIOSIS
Endometriosis has thankfully received significantly more media attention in recent years. It is a disease whose origins still raise many questions. Many women and transgender people, especially young women, suffer from severe menstrual cramps, pain during intercourse, bladder pain, or even painful bowel movements during their period. These symptoms can indicate endometriosis, but they are not conclusive proof.
Through his work at an endometriosis center, Dr. Reda was able to gain valuable experience in this field and establish a collaboration with one of the most renowned endometriosis specialists in Switzerland.
Dr. Markus Eberhard was the long-time chief physician at the Schaffhausen Cantonal Hospital, a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive gynecological surgery, and a specialist in endometriosis. Many people benefited from his expertise, both in terms of chronic lower abdominal pain and in cases of unfulfilled desire to have children.
